data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/stgb\/\">deutschen Strafrecht (StGB<\/a>) werden verschiedene Formen der K\u00f6rperverletzung unterschieden. Die Unterscheidung richtet sich meist danach, <i>wie<\/i> die Tat begangen wurde (z. B. mit einer Waffe), welche <i>Folgen<\/i> sie hat (z. B. bleibende Sch\u00e4den) oder ob sie absichtlich oder versehentlich geschah.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Die wichtigsten Formen im Detail<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Hier ist die Erkl\u00e4rung der Unterschiede:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koerperverletzung.com\/einfache-koerperverletzung\/\">Einfache K\u00f6rperverletzung<\/a> (\u00a7 223 StGB):<\/b> Dies ist das Grunddelikt. Es liegt vor, wenn jemand eine andere Person k\u00f6rperlich misshandelt (z. B. Schl\u00e4ge, die Schmerzen verursachen) oder an der Gesundheit sch\u00e4digt (z. B. Verursachen einer Krankheit oder eines Rauschzustandes).<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koerperverletzung.com\/gefaehrliche-koerperverletzung\/\">Gef\u00e4hrliche K\u00f6rperverletzung<\/a> (\u00a7 224 StGB):<\/b> Hierbei ist die <i>Art der Begehung<\/i> entscheidend, die die Tat gef\u00e4hrlicher macht als den &#8222;Normalfall&#8220;. Dazu z\u00e4hlen Taten, die begangen werden:\n<ul>\n<li>durch Beibringung von Gift,<\/li>\n<li>mittels einer Waffe oder eines gef\u00e4hrlichen Werkzeugs (z. B. ein beschuhter Fu\u00df),<\/li>\n<li>mittels eines hinterlistigen \u00dcberfalls,<\/li>\n<li>mit einem anderen Beteiligten gemeinschaftlich (mindestens zwei Personen gegen eine),<\/li>\n<li>oder mittels einer das Leben gef\u00e4hrdenden Behandlung (z. B. W\u00fcrgen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koerperverletzung.com\/schwere-koerperverletzung\/\">Schwere K\u00f6rperverletzung<\/a> (\u00a7 226 StGB):<\/b> Diese Form definiert sich \u00fcber die <i>dauerhaften Folgen<\/i> f\u00fcr das Opfer. Sie liegt vor, wenn das Opfer durch die Tat zum Beispiel:\n<ul>\n<li>das Sehverm\u00f6gen, das Geh\u00f6r oder das Sprechverm\u00f6gen verliert,<\/li>\n<li>ein wichtiges Glied des K\u00f6rpers verliert (z. B. Hand oder Fu\u00df),<\/li>\n<li>dauerhaft entstellt ist oder in Siechtum\/L\u00e4hmung verf\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koerperverletzung.com\/todesfolge\/\">K\u00f6rperverletzung mit Todesfolge<\/a> (\u00a7 227 StGB):<\/b> Dies ist eine Kombination aus Vorsatz und Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit: Der T\u00e4ter wollte das Opfer zwar verletzen (Vorsatz), aber den Tod nicht herbeif\u00fchren. Der Tod ist &#8222;nur&#8220; die fahrl\u00e4ssige Folge der Verletzung.<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koerperverletzung.com\/fahrlaessige-koerperverletzung\/\">Fahrl\u00e4ssige K\u00f6rperverletzung<\/a> (\u00a7 229 StGB):<\/b> Hier handelt der T\u00e4ter nicht absichtlich. Die Verletzung passiert aus Unachtsamkeit oder Pflichtverletzung (klassische Beispiele sind Verkehrsunf\u00e4lle oder \u00c4rztefehler).<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koerperverletzung.com\/misshandlung-von-schutzbefohlenen\/\">Misshandlung von Schutzbefohlenen<\/a> (\u00a7 225 StGB):<\/b> Dies betrifft T\u00e4ter, die Personen qu\u00e4len oder vernachl\u00e4ssigen, die ihrer F\u00fcrsorge unterstehen (z. B.
